A powerful and innovative Hermès fragrance for men
For once, the Hermès perfume for men will be created by… a man, Jean-Claude Ellena. The famous perfume designer, nose of Hermès, was commissioned in the 2000s to create a masculine fragrance that will take over from “Rocabar”. The choice of this perfumer was hardly a coincidence, Ellena is renowned for its invigorating woody accords and Hermès wanted precisely this type of accord that was both very natural and elegant.
To embody the image of this perfume, Clément Sibony, a young prodigy actor will be chosen. It will be the central element with the “Earth” of the 3 advertising spots broadcast since the release of “Terre d'Hermès”. He is the man who crosses the great outdoors "for a journey between heaven and earth, a crossing of the elements" that Jean-Claude Ellena wanted and that created Laurence Dunmore, the director of the 3 spots.

Terre d'Hermès: an elegant and racy woody flavor
Elegance and sobriety oblige, “Terre d'Hermès” is presented in an elegant transparent bottle. Without appearances, the designer Philippe Mousquet offers a smooth and studied container in the shape of an "H" (like the parent company) modeled to adapt to a beautiful manly hand. Thanks to its orange trail in the background which highlights the pretty yellow color of the perfume, “Terre d'Hermès” once again demonstrates that elegance hardly needs frills.
As for this beautiful woody fragrance, it offers fresh and sparkling scents of citrus fruits and fine spices of pink peppercorns, surrounded by a hint of minerality thanks to the flint, from the start in the top notes. At the heart, notes of geranium, hedione and black pepper diffuse their spicy and delicate scents of which Ellena is certainly one of the greatest specialists.
