Fragrance – Velvet Rose

The Extraordinary Collection of Van Cleef & Arpels is completed today with the blossoming of a rose.

Created by Antoine Maisondieu, it pays tribute to the quintessence of femininity and luxury through the rose. It underlines the sensuality of the Rose Velours fragrance with a luminous top note thanks to Italian bergamot oil associated with violet leaves. The velvet heart is made up of intense shades of absolute pink with the sweetness of honey and the powdery note of absolute iris. Ambroxan, cedar and benzoin provide an unforgettable trail to this extraordinary fragrance.

“The rose embodies for me the absolute femininity, the ultimate luxury. I built this perfume like an imaginary journey in several stages which reveals its increasingly complex scents, from dawn to dusk. I wanted an initiatory fragrance, which can be discovered little by little on the skin and enriched over the hours ”, confides the perfumer.
