Ojen is a wonderful gourmand composed of thick and golden honey, hot cinnamon, amber, hint of osmanthus, vanilla, tonka and various resins. It feels like a candied fruit, a compote of apples, oriental sweets (baklava, dates, halva, …) and Italian amaretti. No matter what – it’s just yummy.
However, it does not become unbearably greedy, but in the background is a darker note that tames everything.
Ojen is a great companion for the cool season. Opulent, sweet, a little demanding, seductive and sensual.
